Bianca Austin
Co-FounderBianca Austin is the aunt of Breonna Taylor who was killed by the Louisville Metro Police Department in her own apartment during a botched no-knock warrant on March 13, 2020. In the wake of her niece being murdered Ms. Austin became an outspoken activist demanding police reform and the immediate cease and desist of no-knock warrants nationwide. Ms. Austin’s efforts led to sweeping reform in no-knock warrants across the country and she now travels the country meeting with and unifying families of victims of police brutality to provide comfort, emotional support, and resources drawing from her personal experience and community work.
Jacob Blake Sr.
Co-FounderJacob Blake Sr is the father of Jacob Blake, Jr, who was shot in the back seven times by the Kenosha Police Department in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on August 21, 2020 and left paralyzed for life.
Mr. Blake has been an activist for 30 years, community organizer responsible for the mentoring program created in Evanston, Illinois, which mentored over 125 local youth. Mr. Blake now travels the country meeting with and unifying families of victims of police brutality to provide comfort, emotional support and resources drawing from his personal experience and lifelong community work.

Travis Cains
Board of DirectorsTravis Cains is the lifelong best friend of 40 years to George Floyd, who was killed by the Minneapolis Police Department during a frivolous arrest over an alleged counterfeit bill on May 25, 2020.
Following the murder of his friend Mr. Cains was catapulted into a life of full-time community service and activism both locally in his hometown of Houston, where he works closely with policymakers urging police reform and now nationally with The Organization. Mr. Cains travels the country meeting with and unifying families of victims of police brutality to provide comfort, emotional support, and resources drawing from his personal experience and community work.
